How can I make sure I don’t fall for scams impersonating Zorion?

Scams impersonating financial brands are fairly common, so it’s worth knowing a few ground rules:

  • We only have one official site: getzorion.com. If you find another site claiming to be Zorion, it isn’t us.
  • We will never ask for your password — not by email, chat, phone, or any other channel. Anyone asking for your password, even someone claiming to be from the Zorion team, is trying to scam you.
  • Don’t download APK files from unofficial sources claiming to be “the Zorion app” — we haven’t released an official app yet (see the “Getting Started” section).
  • Official support only comes through two channels: the Contact menu inside Zorion, or the support@zorion.com email.

If you’re ever unsure whether a message or site is really from Zorion, the safest move is to reach out directly through one of the official channels above to confirm.
