Under normal conditions, funds arrive in your Zorion balance within a few minutes of on-chain confirmation. This can take a bit longer when the network is busy.
If it’s been more than 15–20 minutes and your balance still hasn’t updated, here’s what to do next:
- Open the transaction history in the wallet or exchange you sent from, and copy the transaction hash (TxID) — the unique code that identifies that transaction on the blockchain.
- Send that TxID to our support team via the Contact menu.
- Our team will trace the transaction on a blockchain explorer and check its status manually.
