It depends on the withdrawal method. For withdrawals to a local bank account, if the status still shows “Pending” and hasn’t been processed by our team yet, contact us right away via the Contact menu — there’s sometimes still a window to cancel it or change the details before it moves further along.
For crypto (USDT) withdrawals, cancellation isn’t possible at all — once submitted, the transaction is confirmed directly on the blockchain and becomes permanent right away. This is true for all blockchain transactions, not just on Zorion.
So for bank withdrawals: the sooner you reach out after noticing a mistake, the better the chance we can still help.
