Once you confirm a withdrawal, our team processes the request within 1 business day. After that, the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the receiving bank:
- Local Indonesian banks: usually 1–2 business days after processing.
As long as the withdrawal status still shows “Pending”, your funds are safe and in progress — there’s nothing to worry about. Processing times can vary slightly depending on bank working hours and public holidays.
