This is a security feature, not a bug. To protect your account from unauthorized access attempts, our system automatically locks it for 24 hours after 3 incorrect password attempts in a row.
There are two ways to handle this:
- Wait 24 hours, then try logging in again as usual.
- Use the “Forgot password” menu to reset your password — this works without waiting the full 24 hours.
Tip: if you need faster access, contact our support team from the email address registered on your account. This helps us verify your identity and unlock your account faster than waiting for the automatic process.
