Which network should I use to send USDT?

This is the single most important thing to check before you send funds. Zorion uses the TRC-20 network (Tron) for USDT. Before sending, make sure the app or exchange you’re sending from also has TRC-20 selected — not ERC-20, BEP-20, or any other network.

Here’s why it matters: each blockchain network operates independently. If you send USDT on the wrong network, the funds won’t show up on Zorion and generally can’t be recovered — not by Zorion, and not by the exchange you sent from either. This isn’t something that gets “fixed” later, so always double-check before confirming a transaction.

A practical tip: TRC-20 wallet addresses usually start with the letter “T”. If the address you copied from Zorion starts with anything else, contact support before sending anything.
