The two most common reasons a withdrawal fails:
Balance below the minimum. Make sure your account balance is over 11 USDT before withdrawing — that’s the minimum amount our system can process.
Incorrect account details. For bank transfers, the most frequent mistake is entering a debit/credit card number instead of a bank account number. These are two different numbers and can’t be used interchangeably.
